For those of you who are living in Southern California and have been interested in the Nueva Galicia Genealogical Society, we are trying to establish a new chapter.

If you are unfamiliar with NGGS, please visit their new website at http://www.nuevagalicia.org/

In order to gather informational feedback, we have created a survey to help us understand the concerns of those who wish to join. If you are interested, please respond to one of the following surveys (either the English or Spanish version):

NGGS SoCal survey English version: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/FXVZKFG

NGGS SoCal survey Spanish version: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/66WJGHD

Once we gather enough responses, we will try to announce an appropriate day and time for the first meeting (interest permitting).

If you have any questions, feel free to email Rosalinda Ruiz or Erika Rivera at nggssocal@nuevagalicia.org .

We did receive some anonymous surveys; if you forgot to share your contact information, please email me at nggssocal@nuevagalicia.org . Otherwise, I won't be able to contact the interested party.

Anybody for West Los Angeles. The Mormon library on Santa Monica Blvd in Westwood would be a great place to meet with all their resources. It is also close to both the 10 and 405 freeways. UCLAs libraries who are great resources are also close by.

Manuel Dominguez: I would prefer not driving into the west side of LA, traffic is horrible. I live in Orange County and I am interested

Manuel,

Have you filled out our survey yet? Once you answer the questions, add your details to the contact information page, and I will add you to our distribution list. I am distributing a flyer with the meeting place, date, and time.
