I would like to thank my recent found Cousin Linda from Everett. She has given my a great Christmas gift one I found a lost cousin I thought I would never find. My parents know her Gutierrez relatives very well but never met Linda. We have reunited a lost line. She has also helped me extend my Mendez line a lot. My Mendez line started from 1840 to 1750 thanks to her. I thank you Linda, I don't know how I would of continued my genealogy without your help. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone to this wonderful group. God Bless all of us with health and desire to continue our genealogy. -Daniel of San Jose, California.

Messages like this are all I need to realize the value of the group.
Thank you Daniel for expressing your gratitude. . .knowing your joy
brings great joy to me. Don't anyone neglect to value the importance of
finding lost family. I remember when I was a child I was stunted by an
event that is crystal clear in my mind to this day. I was left at a
child day care with not enough advanced preparation. It was truly
terrorizing and something I'll remember for the rest of my life. Said
all that to say that imagine if my parents never returned and the one
day turned into a week into a month into a year into 200 years. Imagine
the joy I felt when my parents returned to pick me up and we were
reunited. So likewise imagine the joy our ancestors are experiencing
everytime our families find each other again.

yeah yeah yeah there I go again.

Families finding each other is a great Christmas gift for all!

yeah, yeah, yeah, you can go there any time Joseph, from my side I go there a lot si, si, si.

Thank you and everyone in the group for having me in, even when I am in the silent corner since none of you seems to share my familiar tree thanks to the circumstances of intermarriage, as Daniel refers, and a conservative sense of blood line and land that the Los Altos region people practiced for at least three centuries.

Wishing every body has the best of celebrations of the season I´m sending hugs and kisses!
